yoghurt with oat crunch 375 kcal

Ingredients

oats   –   35g

whole almonds raw skin   –  15g

Cinnamon 1/2tsp

yogurt 325g

Strawberry oat smoothie with chia seeds 444 kcal

Note

Use a protein powder flavor of your choice for this recipe. You need a blender for this recipe.

Chia seeds – 10g

oats – 40g

Protein powder – 50g

Frozen Strawberries 175g

 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients and some water to a blender. Blend for about 30 second, or until you have an even and creamy consistency. Add some more water or ice cubes to get the desired texture, if needed, and blend again.
  2. Serve the smoothie in a glass and enjoy!

 

APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL 460 kcal

Ingredients

Oats 70g

protein powder 55g

almonds rawe 15g

apple 85g

cinnamon (1,2 tbps)

Instructions

  1. Add the oats and water to a pot. Add a pinch of of salt. Bring everything to a boil, then reduce to a low heat and let the contents simmer for about 3 minutes while stirring continously. Possibly add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
  2. once the oats are done, add the almonds and protein powder to the oats mix it.
  3. slice the apple or eat the meal with the apple on side.
