Mango and orange smoothie 454 Kcal

Ingredients

Chia seeds – 10g (2.5 tsp)

Brown Flaxseed – 10g (1.5 tsp)

Coconut drink – 50g

Mango – 70g

Orange – 90g

Skimmed milk 0.4 % fat – 150g

Skyr natural 315g

 

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and orange and cut them into chunky pieces.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender/ food processor. Blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth. You may need to add a splash of water to create a thinner consistency.

APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL 460 kcal

Ingredients

Oats 70g

protein powder 55g

almonds rawe 15g

apple 85g

cinnamon (1,2 tbps)

Instructions

  1. Add the oats and water to a pot. Add a pinch of of salt. Bring everything to a boil, then reduce to a low heat and let the contents simmer for about 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Possibly add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
  2. once the oats are done, add the almonds and protein powder to the oats mix it.
  3. slice the apple or eat the meal with the apple on side.

Skyr, muesli and chopped chocolate 470 kcal

 

Ingredients

Chocolate 70% – 15g

Musli, Easis – 45g

Skyr, 0.2% fat, vanilla or Yoghurt – 425g

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate.
  2. Add the skyr to a bowl.
  3. Top with muesli and chopped chocolate.
