Chicken breast uncooked – 225g

Brown Rice  Uncooked – 45g

Broccoli/ Lettuce     –     200g

Brown Rice  Uncooked – 45g

Broccoli/ Lettuce     –     200g

Rice with chicken 567 kcal

Olive oil 15g

carrots 80g

green peas, frozen 110g

brown rice uncooked 50g

chicken breast fillet 250g

Instruction

  1. Rinse the rice proper to cooking. Add to pot of lightly salted water and cook according tot he instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel and chop the carrot. Thaw the peas.
  3. 3 Season the chicken with salt and pepper and slice into smaller pieces. Fry the chicken in a pan with the oil over medium-high heat for approximately 10 minutes, until the middle is no longer pink.
  4. add the peas and chopped carrots and stir for a few minutes
  5. Serve the chicken and vegetables with the rice. Enjoy!!
