carrots 80g
green peas, frozen 110g
brown rice uncooked 50g
chicken breast fillet 250g
Instruction
- Rinse the rice proper to cooking. Add to pot of lightly salted water and cook according tot he instructions on the packet.
- Peel and chop the carrot. Thaw the peas.
- 3 Season the chicken with salt and pepper and slice into smaller pieces. Fry the chicken in a pan with the oil over medium-high heat for approximately 10 minutes, until the middle is no longer pink.
- add the peas and chopped carrots and stir for a few minutes
- Serve the chicken and vegetables with the rice. Enjoy!!
