Standing Leg curl

Warmup set 3x 20 each sideĀ 

Lever seated leg curl 4 X 12-16

 

Rear lunges 3 X 8-12 each side

Lever Seated Hip Adduction 3 X 14

 

Standing calf raise 3 x 30 go with 30% of your weight

40LB

 

 

Seated calf raise 4X 15 go heavy but have control on the weights

Slow down and normal up.
