  1. It’s incredible how we still have to tell people that sitting at the desk all day is not good for you and that we have to balance this inactivity by moving!

There are so many people out there who refuse this idea and whenever they start having problems, they go to the doctors instead of trying to think what they can change by themselves! Diet perhaps? More exercise?

And the worst thing is that this is spreading into the younger generation now. Here in the UK, for example, they had to come up with a new school uniform size as average sizing based on age no longer fits! Everyone is getting larger and larger, they spend more time in front of the screens and even their brain is getting slower. I am worried about the healthcare system – it will probably collapse under the amount of stomach bypasses and diabetes treatment.

    1. Yes, most people don’t take the time to walk, run, swim, or be around nature to open their minds and stay positive; they prefer to stay in front of a screen and slow down their brain as you say. It’s always good to stay active after sitting in front of a TV, phone, tablet, or computer.

Thanks for your feedback, have a nice day
