Ribeye & Rice 

Ingredients
  •  ribeye steak 200 g

  • white or brown rice 175g

  • Salt & pepper& all seasoning

Steps:

  1. Cook the rice – Rinse ½ cup uncooked rice, then boil with 1 cup water (or according to package instructions) until tender.

  2. Cook the ribeye – Season steak with salt and pepper, sear in a hot pan (3–4 min per side for medium-rare).

  3. Serve – Place rice on a plate, slice steak, and serve on top or alongside.

 

Steak rib eye & Broccoli

ingredients

Steak rib eye – 250g

Broccoli – 150g

  1. Season steak – Pat ribeye dry, sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook steak – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear ribeye 3–4 minutes per side (adjust for doneness). Let rest 5 minutes.

  3. Steam broccoli – While steak rests, steam broccoli in a pot with a little water for 3–4 minutes, until tender but bright green.

  4. Serve – Plate ribeye with broccoli on the side. Drizzle with a touch of olive oil or butter if you like.

Skyr, muesli and chopped chocolate 470 kcal

 

Ingredients

Chocolate 70% – 15g

Musli, Easis – 45g

Skyr, 0.2% fat, vanilla or Yoghurt – 425g

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate.
  2. Add the skyr to a bowl.
  3. Top with muesli and chopped chocolate.
