Lever leg extension 4 x 12- 16

 

Front walking lunges 3 x 20 each side

45grade leg press 4 x 16

Dumbell goblet squad 3 x 12 -14

Cable side kick 3 x 10 each side

Hib abduction 3 x 16

Standing calf raise 3 x 20
