protein pancakes with berries and peanut butter 453 kcal

Peanut butter – 5g

Protein spread, chocolate – 10g

Strawberry jam – 30g

Whey protein powder – 40g

Egg white pasteurized  – 85

strawberries – 100g

Blueberries – 105g

Cooking spray – 1-2 second

Instructions
  1. whisk the egg whites and protein powder together until well combined.
  2. Bring a frying pan to medium-high heat with the cooking spray and add 2-3 tablespoons of the batter to fry until small bubbles form on the surface. Be sure to distribute the batter evenly over the base of the pan leaving no gaps as soon as you spoon in the mixture. flip the crepe and fry until it begins to turn golden on both sides. Repeat this process for the rest of the batter.
  3. Rinse the berries.
  4. Serve the pancakes topped with the peanut butter, jam, and protein spread. enjoy with the berries.

Salad with tomatoes, chicken, olives and bread 455 kcal

Ingredients

Green olives – 20g

Brown bread  – 50g

Romain lettuce – 100g

Red onion – 55g

Tomatoes – 130g

chicken breast – 155g

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread and then cut it into smaller pieces.
  2. Rinse the lettuce and tomatoes. Slice  the lettuce and dice the tomatoes. peel and slice the onion.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and top with the toasted bread pieces.

 yogurt with granola 452 kcal

ingredients

super Granola – 55g

yogurt 2%fat – 425g

Instructions

  1. add the yogurt to a bowl and top with the granola. Enjoy!

 

Banana and cashew butter smoothie

ingredients

cashew butter – 20g

Banana – 130g

yoghurt 375g

Cinnamon 1-2tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and chop it into small chunks.
  2. Add all the ingredients along with some water, to a blender/food processor. Blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth. you may need to add more water to create a thinner consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy it.
